2.2 Onboarding Process

Setting up Rezi Enterprise is quick and straightforward, guiding you through a few simple steps to get your branded resume platform up and running. Here’s how it works, from your first login to final setup:

  • Step 1: Sign In to Rezi Enterprise Once you’ve reached out to Rezi and your account is set up, you’ll start by signing in. Visit the Rezi Enterprise login page (enterprise.rezi.ai/signin) using a modern browser. You’ll see a clean sign-in screen with two options: “Sign in with Google” or “Sign in with Email.” Choose the email option by entering your work email address—make sure it’s the one tied to your organization (e.g., yourname@yourcompany.com). After submitting your email, Rezi will send you a magic link for a password-free login, keeping things secure and hassle-free.

  • Step 2: Verify Your Email Check your inbox for an email from noreply@auth.rezi.io—it’ll have a magic link to sign in. The email will confirm that a link has been sent to your address (e.g., hello+docs@rezi.io in our example) and prompt you to click it to proceed. This step ensures your account is secure and verifies your identity before moving forward. Once you click the link, you’ll be directed to the onboarding setup.

  • Step 3: Share Your Organization Details Now it’s time to tell Rezi a bit about your business to tailor the platform to your needs. You’ll see a form titled “Tell us about your business.” First, enter your company name (e.g., “Rezi Docs”) and company URL (e.g., “rezi.ai”). Then, select what best describes your organization from a dropdown menu—options include “Resume Writer,” “Career Center,” “Recruitment Agency,” “Employment Consultancy,” or “Other.” This helps Rezi understand your use case and provide better support down the line.

  • Step 4: Define Your Goals and Team Size Next, you’ll specify how you plan to use Rezi Enterprise. Check the boxes that apply to your goals: “Resumes” (to create and manage resumes for clients), “Review” (to review user-submitted resumes from your deployment), and/or “Deployment” (to launch a white-label resume platform for your users). Finally, indicate how many team members you plan to invite for collaboration—choose from “1–4,” “5–10,” or “10+.” This gives Rezi a sense of your scale and ensures your subscription tier fits your needs. When you’re done, click “Continue” to move forward.
