3.1 Branding Customization

Branding customization is where Rezi Enterprise truly becomes yours, transforming the platform into a seamless extension of your organization. This process is the backbone of your deployment, driving the user-facing resume-building experience by ensuring every detail reflects your identity. From logos to colors, here’s how you can tailor Rezi Enterprise to create a professional, branded experience for your users.

  • Step 1: Set Up White Label Details Start in the “Settings” section of your Rezi Enterprise dashboard by navigating to “White Label Details.” Here, you’ll define the foundation of your deployment. Enter your “White Label Title” (e.g., “Rezi Docs Resume Builder”)—this is the name your users will see across the platform. Next, specify your “White Label URL” (e.g., rezi-docs.rezi.ai), which sets up your custom subdomain. This URL is what your users will access, making it a key part of the branded experience. Once you save these details, Rezi checks the availability of your URL, ensuring it’s ready to go. You’ll also need to enable the white-label feature by toggling the “Enable white label” option—this activates your custom settings as the backbone of the user-facing resume builder. Note: You’ll need an active Enterprise subscription to unlock this functionality, as indicated by the “Enterprise Plan Required” prompt after saving.

  • Step 2: Upload Your Logos Move to the “Branding” tab to start adding your visual identity. This section lets you upload logos for different parts of the resume builder, ensuring your brand is front and center. Under “RMS Logos,” upload logos for the sidebar in both light and dark themes, with options for large and small sizes (PNG, JPG, or GIF, up to 10MB). These appear in the user dashboard, like the sidebar where users see options like “Create New Resume” or “My Dashboard.” You can also upload logos for the login/sign-up page in light and dark themes, as well as for favicons (the small icon in browser tabs) and emails sent to users. Each upload ensures your brand is consistently visible, reinforcing trust as users navigate the resume-building experience driven by your deployment.

  • Step 3: Customize Colors Still in the “Branding” tab, head to “RMS Colors” to define your color scheme. This step lets you set the palette for key elements of the resume builder, ensuring the look and feel align with your brand. Choose colors for the main “Create New Resume” button, sidebar, pricing sections, backgrounds, label text, menu items, and icons (both in default and hover states). For example, you might set your main button to a vibrant blue, the sidebar to a soft gray, and hover effects to a contrasting yellow. These colors drive the visual experience for users, making the platform feel like a natural part of your organization’s ecosystem—from the moment they log in to when they create a resume.

  • Step 4: Preview and Save As you make changes, use the preview on the right side of the “Branding” tab to see how your customizations look in the resume builder. You’ll see a sample dashboard with your logo and colors applied, complete with sections like “Resumes,” “Cover Letters,” and “Resignation Letters.” This preview ensures your branding feels cohesive before going live. Once you’re happy with the setup, click “Save” to apply your customizations. With the white-label deployment enabled, these changes become the backbone of the user-facing experience, ensuring every job seeker or client interacts with a platform that’s unmistakably yours.

By customizing your branding, you’re not just adding a logo—you’re creating a tailored experience that drives the resume-building process. Your deployment powers everything, from the look of the dashboard to the emails users receive, making Rezi Enterprise a true reflection of your organization’s identity.
