How to connect my custom Domain to Rezi RMS ?
1. Add a DNS record
You will point your new domain to Rezi IP address. Go to your domain provider to make the change: - GoDaddy - Cloudflare - Other
GoDaddy
Connect to GoDaddy and Navigate to My Product
Select the domain you want to use for Rezi, open the menu, and select Manage DNS
Click on ADD, to add a new DNS record
Select A (Type), complete the field HOST with the domain you want to use (subdomain too if you want to use one) and complete the field Points with Rezi IP 75.2.60.5
Cloudflare
Connect to Cloudflare and select the domain you want to use for your Rezi RMS
Click on DNS to open the DNS configuration section
Click on Add record
Select A (Type), complete the field Name with the domain you want to use (subdomain only if you want to use one), complete the field Target with Rezi IP 75.2.60.5
Other
Go to your domain provider and find the DNS management section of this specific domain
Add a record from your custom domain app.MyCustomDomain.com pointing to Rezi IP address 75.2.60.5
2. Contact the Account manager
After adding a DNS record, please contact your account manager to communicate the custom you choose and the Domain provider you are using.
3. SSL certification
You can get a free SSL certification by using Cloudflare, please let us know if you are already or planning to use Cloudflare to get your SSL certification. Suppose you don't want to change your DNS provider. Please let us know and we will provide you with an SSL certification.
